This month, AluFold Windows reflects on one year of building, learning and growing together with a birthday celebration and new milestones unlocked. Celebrations got off to a sweet start with custom M&Ms for our team (and anyone dropping by headquarters).
Year one in numbers
We’re also excited to share some of our favourite milestones by showcasing our year “wrapped” in numbers. Highlights include investing around £1.5million into additional machinery, becoming a sole fabricator for Eurocell uPVC and increasing our square footage to over 90,000 sq ft. One thing’s for sure; we couldn’t have achieved this without our incredible AluFold Windows family. This year, we were proud to welcome back over 20 experienced Alufold Direct employees, boosting us to a team of 35 (and counting).

It’s this sense of real togetherness which is key to unlocking even more achievements.
Our Managing Director Neal Addison says: “There’s a positive energy within the business. We very much feel like one united team with shared values and a shared vision for success. It’s been brilliant to welcome back some old faces who bring with them more than just experience, but an enthusiasm to embrace Unique Window Systems’ incredible culture.
Year one has taught us a lot, not least about how much of an asset our people are. We’re proud that so many previous employees wanted to return to the business and we look forward to expanding the team as we move ahead to year two, and beyond!”
